Students will create and print 4 bookmarks with information about a favorite book.

 

Choose Your Own Ending

Students will write a story with 3 optional endings. They will put their story into an interactive slide show. Readers will be able to click a button to choose an ending for the story.

 

Venn Diagram - Computer vs. Brain, Character Comparison

Students create a Venn diagram and then will use it to compare and contrast the human brain and a computer

 

Two Minute Challenge

Students will be presented a topic and given two minutes to brainstorm as many things as they can that are associated with that topic. Students will compete against others to see who can brainstorm the most items and the most unique items.

Myth Busters - Life Expectancy

Students will choose from a list of statements about life expectancy. The students will do some research to determin whether the statement is a myth or a fact.

Students will become proficient at using the PowerPoint drawing tools as they "draw" as many things as they can think of that can be created from a circle

 

All About Me Collage

Students will find 6 - 10 pictures on the Internet of things that represent them - favorite things, favorite activities, hobbies etc. They will then use a PowerPoint slide to create an all-about-me collage. The collage could be printed or shown as a slide show.
