Students will design and print T-Shirts that tell why they are T-rrific

 

Building Healthy Bodies

Students use two PowerPoint slides to create the head, the torso, the arms and the legs that will be assembled to make a person. On the arms and legs, studnts will list things that lead to a healthy body.

 

Class Zoo

Each student will create a zoo "cage" for one animal using a blank PowerPoint slide. Students will add a fact or characteristic about the animal.

 

Now and Then

Students will use Inspiration or Kidpiration to compare what they do now with what they think they'll be dong when they are 30 years old.

 

ABC Quilt

Students will design "quilt blocks" for each letter of the alphabet. The blocks will be printed and then taped together to create an ABC quilt

Students will create a glyph using the theme of a pizza. They will build the pizza with ingredients based on data about themselves.

 

Category Corners

Students will put various objects from the symbol palette into groups or categories in at least two corners of their Kidspiration slide. Then they will mix the symbols together in the center of the screen. A classmate will sit at the computer and attempt to move the objects back into the appropriate groups.
